TERMS OF USE

For Vikings Only (hereinafter referred to as FVO) follows Swedish laws and directives, this insures safe shopping with us for our customers. Are there any questions or anything you are unsure about, please feel free to contact us.

Rates

All prices at FVO are listed including VAT. At any price changes in the web shop, the price listed at the time when the customer's order is placed is the applicable. We have no minimum order amount, all orders are welcome.

Information

In order to shop at the FVO webshop requires that you have either turned 18 or have parental or guardian consent. We are trying to convey as realistic images of our products as possible, but we reserve for typographical errors, errors in information and errors in the specification, all of our range of products and services. All pictures on our sites should be viewed as illustrations. We can not guarantee that the photos reflect the product's exact appearance.

Order Confirmation

When ordering, you get an order confirmation to the e-mail address indicated. Order ID on this confirmation should always be in any contact with us regarding your order.

Payment / Fees

The price on the day of order is in force. VAT is included in all prices. For every shipment we charge a fee related to packing and shipping. The amount of this fee is partly due to destination of the goods, the weight, and your choice of shipping method. The fee is always presented to you as a customer at the counter before you pay.

Credit / Debit Cards

When paying by credit card, the goods are packed and sent as soon as possible after the payment has been approved. No extra charges apply except for shipping.

Complaints

If the goods are faulty, carriage damaged or if we shipped the wrong item, you should contact us immediately via our webshop. Under "Your Account" you can click on your order and from there you can send messages to us via the Internet. The error must be given within seven days after you collected the item / received the goods. FVO undertake to repair the defect free of charge. Assortment We are continually working to find new and interesting products to expand our range. Our goal is to provide excellent service and quick delivery of products to you. However, we reserve for the goods may be running out of stock. First, we try to avoid partial deliveries, but it would be necessary we will inform you always about this.

Return Policy

Distance Selling Act gives customers reciding within European Union the full right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The 14 days period starts on the date the customer receives the goods. If an item must be returned under the right of withdrawal FVO should always be contacted. The correspondance should be handled via email and or via the "Your Account" in the shop. The right applies only provided that the customer has not damaged or used goods. When returning goods sent in original packaging with any original documents. We provide you a voucher with the amount after we have received and checked the item. Voucher is an electronic document with a predetermined value and is deducted on your next order.

Returns regarding changes of clothes size. Return the goods well packed and we will send you an email with the delivery cost for the new products. As soon as the delivery cost is payed we will send the new goods as desired. We will charge you for delivery costs. Goods damages caused by poor packing will be charged the customer. When exercising the right of distance selling act, the customer is responsible for the return cost and charge of that the consignment will be returned to us undamaged, be therefore sure that the product is packaged in the best way. Any damage due to inadequate packaging will be charged our customers. Goods returned to us as COD will never be picked up or payed by us.

Cancellation

The customer has the right to cancel orders until the release concluded. When an order is effected it is binding. If the customer receives the wrong item or goods with defects, immediately contact FVO, info@forvikingsonly.nu We will pay return shipping and send the new product. Complaints returned to us as COD will never be picked up or payed by us.

Personal Information

FVO follow the Data Protection Act, Privacy policy, which came into force October 1998. The law should prevent the violation of personal integrity and regulates how personal information may be handled. The personal information provided when ordering with us is treated confidentially and will never be disclosed to third parties without the customer's consent. Your registered information will only be used for the making of orders and for marketing by the FVO and or Unique Racing Sweden. The FVO will never sell or provide your information to third parties. Consumer Law

As a private person reciding within the European Union, you as a consumer are protected by Consumer Purchase Laws and Distance Contracts laws. The law in its entirety can be found on the Consumer Agency's website. Companies covered by the Sale of Goods Act, this Act is permissive, meaning that the Act apply unless otherwise agreed.

Dispute

In cases of dispute where the buyer is a private individual, our policy is to always follow the National Board (STO) recommendations. Any dispute between two or more companies will be decided as a rule of a Swedish court.

Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, strikes, government decisions, lack of delivery from suppliers, costly event, and similar events beyond our control which is not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the contractual agreements and commitments on our part, that makes us not can keep that agreement / pledge, shall be the basis that we are released from our obligations to fulfill that contract.
