Once your package is sent and has arrived at your pickup, you will get an sms notification with information. No other notices or reminders will be sent out.

Orders placed before 12 noon,  are sent the same day from us. Package reaches your normally after two days if delivered within Sweden. For international orders within EU please allow at least 7 working days. For orders outside EU please allow up to 14 working days before your order is delivered.

You can always follow your order status from within your account in the web shop.

The total shipping price is always presented to you in your shopping cart before you pay.
Please note that the shipping price does not display correctly for you until you login. The system calculates shipping according to the shipping address and weight of the item.
The stated shipping charges include handling, packaging charges and cost of shipping.


Return policy

Distance Selling Act gives customers reciding in EU the full right to cancel the purchase or exchange to be commissioned within 14 days. The cooling-off period starts on the date the customer receives the goods.
If an item must be returned under the right of withdrawal should always be contacted FVO. The connector handles you via email and or via the "Your Account" in the shop.
The right applies provided that the customer has not damaged or used goods. When returning goods sent in original packaging with any original documents.
We will credit you a voucher with the amount after we have received and checked the item. Voucher is an electronic document with a predetermined value and is deducted with the same on your next order.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return cost and charge of the consignment will be returned to us undamaged, please be therefore sure that the product is packaged in the best way.
Any damage due to inadequate packaging will be charged our customers. Goods returned to us as COD will not picked up by us.


The customer has the right to cancel orders until the order is effected. When an order is effected it is binding.


If the customer receives the wrong item or a defective one. FVO should immediately be contacted by e-mail,
We pay return shipping and send you the new product.
Complaints that are returned as cash on delivery will never be picked up by us.
